Here is her JustHost Review:
I think JustHost grew a little too fast for their own good. They did a massive advertising campaign (they were everywhere) and it appears to have worked. They have a much larger customer base now.
The problem? It appears as though they couldn't keep up with the customer support demand and the many other issues that came up with having a sudden influx of new customers to any service.
In January of 2010 I would have rated them a 1/10 score overall for their hosting service. I decided to stick it out for a few more months to see if JustHost could get a handle on things. It appears that they have started to do just that.
My website appears to be much more stable. JustHost told me there were some problematic customers that they had to terminate and remove from their network. Once they did that, things got under better control.
In the end, JustHost's marketing campaign of unlimited everything really bit them in the ass. People apparently took that to mean they could put their sites that belong on a dedicated server on their shared hosting and everything would be fine. Unfortunately, as shared hosting goes, one bad customer can take down an entire server.
Thankfully they have a handle on things. Hopefully things continue to improve like they have.
I originally would have voted 1/10 now I'd vote 9/10. So yeah, overall, it balances out to be an average rating on this site.
